Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. The Trust and Safety Consumer Monetization team's mission is to deliver a trusted ads ecosystem. We analyze billions of pages, sites, apps, accounts that display ads, and create scalable systems to stop motivated abusers from causing harm. On this team, as a Policy Analyst, you will be a strategic thinker and a motivated doer. You will understand the user's point of view and will be passionate about using your combined investigative, technical, and customer service acumen to protect our users. You will work as part of the Trust and Safety Consumer Monetization team with a dynamic set of responsibilities, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Legal, PR, etc. in multiple locations.
