We're looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our high-impact Treasury team. This role is critical in managing cash flow across our operations and optimizing the guest payment experience across resorts and casinos.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, payments, or related financial functions.
Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with PowerPoint.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to research and implement solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and external partners.
Detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement and intellectual curiosity around finance concepts.

Nice To Haves

Experience with payment processing/fintech, ERPs, and banking systems.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day cash operations, ensuring proper liquidity across all business units.
Support casino and resort payment processes, including credit card acceptance and customer cash access.
Monitor and resolve interchange downgrades while driving initiatives to minimize fees.
Maintain and enhance vendor relationships with payment processors, gateways, and banking partners.
Optimize cash access systems (hardware, software, and fee structures) to improve efficiency and guest experience.
Develop and maintain financial and operational performance analytics for Treasury activities.
Champion process improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, security, and scalability across Treasury functions.
