As a Senior Analyst, Transactions at Link Logistics, you’ll play a pivotal role in complex real estate transactions. You’ll support the Investment and Capital Markets teams by overseeing due diligence processes and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless closings.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant work experience, BA degree preferred
  • Experience in acquisition and disposition of real estate
  • Background in property management desirable
  • Experience with legal and transactional documentation including leases, loan documents, closing documents, management agreements, access agreements, NDAs
  • Familiarity with property documents inclusive of easements, title commitments, deeds, surveys, PCAs Phase 1 documents, etc.
  • Excellent technical and interpersonal skills required
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced-growth oriented company

  • Experience Dealpath helpful but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume of complex transactions.
  • Obtain and organize due diligence materials for transactions, both internally and externally sourced.
  • Partner with the Investment, Capital Markets, and Legal Teams throughout the entire transaction.
  • Review and solution for operational risks impacting the Transaction.
  • Communicate identified risks or perceived issues to others on the deal team timely and professionally.
  • Actively seek a better understanding of processes to become a subject matter expert.
  • Work with outside vendors to obtain necessary inspections including but not limited to surveys, PCA’s, Environmental, etc.
  • Interest in leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance transaction processes, improve operational efficiency, and support scalability initiatives.
  • Special requests as necessary.
