About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Training Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize training programs for HR Service Delivery. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR training, learning & development, or HR service delivery operations.
  • Experience in developing and facilitating training programs for HR professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, case management systems (e.g., OneConnect), and HR service delivery models.
  • Excellent instructional design skills and knowledge management expertise.
  • Experience in HR compliance training.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training programs for HR Service Delivery, including case management systems, HR processes, compliance, and service excellence.
  • Create engaging training materials and facilitate sessions.
  • Develop and manage a centralized knowledge repository for HR process documentation and training resources.
  • Support training initiatives for HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop quality-focused training programs and conduct post-training assessments.
  • Design and deliver training on the OneConnect HR Case Management System.
  • Develop user guides and training videos.
  • Work closely with HR Operations, HR Service Delivery teams, COEs, and the Operational Excellence team to align training programs with business priorities.
  • Establish training effectiveness metrics and continuously refine programs based on data and feedback.
