American Systems seeks an exceptionally well qualified DOD Senior Analyst (Top Secret) with demonstrated expertise in all aspects of S&T and financial analysis, especially those involving management of a large and diverse portfolio of capabilities. Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a recognized engineering, scientific, technical, management, or national security area.
• 10 years' experience with scientific, engineering, or technical portfolio support.
• Must have experience with project management and analysis of projects.
• Ability to synthesize vast amounts of complex technical data into senior executive level information.
• Experience with OSD processes and procedures related to preparing technical briefs, presentations, packages, and DoD/Congressional-level correspondence.
• Experience preparing presentations and other visualization forms to communicate results and artifacts to varied audiences.
• Top Secret clearance (with SCI eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Manage and support analysis of prospective and ongoing projects and demonstrations of emerging, innovative technologies.
• Provide support to project management, analysis, and funding recommendations.
• Maintain situational awareness of all project actions and activities.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of S&T processes and procedures.
• Support or develop briefings and documentation as required.
• Respond to requests for information.
• Coordinate and collaborate across the Department of Defense and with other Government agencies, academia, and industry for situational awareness and information sharing.
