About The Position

Amentum is seeking a Senior Analyst/Team Lead to support our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract. Responsibilities Serves as Senior Analyst/Team Lead, specific duties and functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

Requirements

Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Public Trust
Bachelor’s degree (5-7years exp), Master’s degree (3-5 years exp), or PhD (0-2 years exp).

Responsibilities

Manage workload distribution by assigning case tasks to Mid-Level Analysts, ensuring optimal resource allocation based on mission priority.
Serve as the final authority for product approval, ensuring all intelligence deliverables meet rigorous quality standards before dissemination.
Oversee the formal submission of finalized case products to the ICE SharePoint environment to maintain a centralized record of mission activities.
Conduct recurring 10% audits of daily product submissions and document performance metrics within Trackvia to identify trends and ensure continuous improvement.
Lead targeted, individual training sessions for analysts to address skill gaps and maintain high operational standards across the team.
Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for the Amentum Mission Manager and Knowledge Manager, facilitating clear communication between site leadership and field operations.
Review and approve timesheets for Mid-Level and Junior Analysts, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and project labor accounting.
