About The Position

Position Summary... What you'll do... The Sr Analyst, Talent Project Manager supports officer-level recruiting by managing the operational, logistical, and coordination work that enables successful executive hiring outcomes. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, HR partners, and assessment providers to ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate and stakeholder experience across officer-level searches. This role is deeply involved in search execution and enablement, with a focus on interview coordination, assessment management, candidate experience, stakeholder communication, and reporting. The Sr Analyst plays a critical role in keeping complex, multi-search portfolios running smoothly while maintaining accuracy, transparency, and momentum. About the Officer Talent Acquisition & Search Team The Officer Talent Acquisition & Search team is responsible for attracting and hiring senior leaders who shape the future of the business. The team includes executive recruiters, sourcers, and project managers who manage searches end to end in close partnership with business and People leaders. The team operates in a fast-paced, high-trust environment where discretion, confidentiality, operational excellence, and candidate experience are essential. Given the complexity of officer-level hiring, strong project management and coordination are critical to the team’s success. What you'll do Partner with executive recruiters and senior leaders to drive the operational execution of officer-level searches, from interview planning through offer readiness. Deliver a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience by serving as a primary point of contact throughout the interview and assessment lifecycle. Coordinate complex interview schedules, assessments, and onsite visits, ensuring seamless logistics and a refined executive candidate experience. Manage search workflows, timelines, and key milestones across multiple concurrent searches to maintain momentum, accuracy, and transparency. Facilitate clear communication and alignment among recruiters, hiring leaders, HR partners, and external assessment providers. Track search progress and surface timely updates, insights, and potential risks to senior stakeholders. Ensure data integrity, documentation accuracy, and process compliance across recruiting systems and reporting tools. Support team continuity and operational excellence by flexing across searches and shifting priorities as needed. What you'll bring 3+ years of experience supporting recruiting, executive search, HR operations, or talent-related project management Proven ability to coordinate complex interview schedules and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in high-visibility, deadline-driven work Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, including experience engaging senior leaders Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or recruiting reporting tools Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting recruiting, executive search, HR operations, or talent-related project management
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex interview schedules and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in high-visibility, deadline-driven work
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, including experience engaging senior leaders
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or recruiting reporting tools
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment

  • The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
  • Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
