About The Position

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Health Savings Accounts (HSA) offerings, which aim to reduce healthcare costs, improve access, and facilitate informed decision-making for consumers, health plans, partners, and advisors. This position is an opportunity to contribute to our mission of creating an unparalleled customer experience while driving change and continuous improvement within our organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with IT and business functions, as well as third-party partners, to support and evolve the platforms that underpin HSA Bank's business applications and integrations. Your technical expertise in designing and architecting systems will be essential, and you will be looked upon by junior peers for guidance and mentorship. Your proactive communication skills and technical contributions will be vital in managing system and server configurations, ensuring the availability and integrity of our cloud-hosted operating environments. You will be challenged to continuously enhance your skills, troubleshoot issues, and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation with your peers. This position reports to the Director of Systems Engineering and requires a strong aptitude for operational excellence, platform support, and effective partnership and communication across teams.
