PepsiCo Food North America (PFNA) seeks a Supply Chain senior analyst to work on analytics solutions for Frito Lay and Quaker Foods North America. This role is part of the PFNA Supply Chain Analytics Team, responsible for developing and delivering data-driven insights and analytical tools for PFNA Supply Chain. You will partner with functional experts, IT partners, data architects, data engineers, and visualization experts to develop and deploy end-to-end solutions using an agile approach.

  • Design and develop supply chain tools, including problem definition, exploratory data analysis, ETL pipelines (Python/SQL), and visual dashboards using PowerBI.
  • Partner closely with product owners / stakeholders and the technical development team on supply chain initiatives.
  • Provide data and architecture expertise, align and clarify business and technical logic, and test solutions to ensure business needs are met and the project is delivered on schedule.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with data sources, ETL pipelines, and visualizations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with various teams to integrate analytic solutions into business processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics.
  • End-to-end solution design, including data model design, ETL process design, and dashboard design.
  • 3+ years of SQL and Python, preferably for the development of ETL processes and business tools.
  • 2+ years of Visualization using PowerBI.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Very high attention to detail.
  • Experience with data science, cloud platforms, and other programming languages is a plus.
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,400 - $127,850.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
