The Senior Analyst - Supply Chain Management position at Texas Health Resources involves a hybrid work environment, with full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.   • Proficient in the use of PC-based systems and strong financial computer systems knowledge, including Microsoft Office systems, and analytic programs such as Alteryx or RStudio.
  • Simplify and reduce manual processes by automating analysis through Alteryx using scripting language such as SQL, Python or R programming language.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to discover patterns, spot anomalies, test hypotheses, and check assumptions.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses that define, measure, and investigate operational and financial trends.
  • Create, maintain, update, and distribute customer-facing and internal dashboards tracking customer analytics and key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate system development with IT to enhance automation opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and establish reporting standards with GPO and other data providers.
  • Interface with a wide range of stakeholders to determine requirements for data, reports, analyses, and training.
  • Assist others with technology to support financial/clinical analysis.
  • Perform system analyst tasks to understand data interfaces with decision support processes.
  • Assist in preparation and presentation of product, service, and equipment analyses.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as needed for facilities.
  • Defend data integrity utilized for economic, operational, and clinical decisions.
  • Develop and lead training programs for new and current users of all data sources.
  • Make professional presentations to staff and directors.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and effective resource use.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Master's Degree (MBA or MHA) strongly preferred.
  • 3 years of experience with a heavy emphasis in financial analysis, financial reporting, financial operations, database management, cost accounting, and departmental operations.
  • Strong PC skills and experience with relational databases and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with a wide range of analytic tools and ability to manage various sources of data.
  • GPO experience preferred.
  • CPM and/or CMRP certification upon hire preferred.
