About The Position
This role serves as a Senior Analyst within the Facility-to-Facility team, focused on supporting inbound transportation operations. The analyst will report directly to the Manager responsible for the Planning and Data pillar, playing a critical role in driving operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. What you'll do... Analyze and optimize facility-to-facility transportation operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Develop and maintain complex data models and reports to support business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic transportation planning and execution. Troubleshoot and resolve complex transportation-related issues. Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
- 3+ years of experience with advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.
- Previous experience in supply chain/transportation roles
- Experience presenting to key stakeholders, including leadership, with clear and confident communication
Nice To Haves
- Background in automation and dashboard creation using tools such as VBA, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to drive data visibility and process efficiency
- Solid understanding of import operations, consolidation strategies, and intermodal transportation, with experience optimizing global supply chain flows
