Job OverviewThe Senior Analyst, Strategy supports the development and execution of cross-functional strategies that drive organizational growth and alignment. In this role, they apply analytical rigor and structured problem-solving to deliver actionable insights, assist in building strategic narratives, and collaborate across functions to ensure alignment with enterprise goals. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong ability to work with data, conduct research, and identify actionable trends.
• Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools.
• Structured approach to analyzing business challenges and developing practical solutions.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions and gather diverse inputs.
• Precision in managing multiple tasks and ensuring the accuracy of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic, high-impact setting.
• Ability to support discussions and initiatives that involve senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Use structured problem-solving techniques to analyze business challenges and provide insights that guide decision-making.
• Assist in creating clear, compelling presentations and documents that effectively communicate strategy recommendations to senior leaders.
• Translate data and insights into visually engaging and easily understandable narratives.
• Work closely with colleagues across functions to gather input, identify synergies, and ensure alignment of strategic initiatives.
• Support team meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions to facilitate collaboration.
• Collect and organize feedback to refine strategies and ensure successful execution.
