About The Position
The position involves two vacancies focused on different aspects of strategy and change within BMO Financial Group. One role is data-oriented, requiring experience in SQL and Python for data transformation, validation, and aggregation. This individual will transform data into practical business views to drive decision-making and business planning, collaborating with leaders and functional teams to unify various data sources. The second role emphasizes communication, requiring an organized communicator who can synthesize complex information into clear observations, manage stakeholder communication needs, and produce effective communication outputs. Both roles support the strategic planning process for designated business groups, analyze market trends, and conduct scenario planning to inform strategic choices. They will also prepare strategic presentations, coordinate meetings, and provide specialized consulting and analytical support.
