Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in a consulting or strategic analytics role.
• BS or BA in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience with a quantitative emphasis.
• Experience using a variety of data visualizations and PowerPoint to deliver business insights clearly and succinctly.
• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of identifying insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
• Independent thinker with the ability to multitask and manage multiple long-term projects with varying timelines.
• Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different organizations and personalities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience presenting business insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• 2-5 years of experience using Excel and SQL or SAS.
• 2-5 years of healthcare-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on a strategic analytics team to identify and deliver business insights to clients.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to internal and external stakeholders, communicating Evolent product performance and identifying opportunities for health plan management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify key metrics aligned with client strategy and Evolent's value story.
• Create data visualizations in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to deliver data-driven insights to non-analytical stakeholders.
• Analyze clinical authorization and healthcare claims data using Power BI, Excel, SAS, SQL, or similar analytical software.
• Integrate various data sources using analytical tools to solve challenging analytical problems that align with key strategic objectives.
