  • Serve as the dedicated business owner and subject matter expert for key sales tools, such as Clari, managing our end-to-end roadmap, rolling out new features, and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Participate in the execution of high-impact initiatives, particularly on projects that require seamless integration between multiple systems like Salesforce and our forecasting platform.
  • Define, document, and communicate how our systems are used by frontline teams to drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Take ownership of key data flows, maintain hierarchies, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Collaborate with the Enablement team to drive adoption and ensure the effective usage of sales systems.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a systems-focused role within a high-growth tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce is required.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, system-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining documentation, process guides, and playbooks.
  • Experience with sales technology tools like Clari, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
