We're building a world where Identity belongs to you. The Field Strategy & Operations Team acts as an extension of sales leadership. As part of Okta's Business Operations team, we protect the investment in Okta's rapidly growing Sales organization by ensuring Sales has the insights, tools, and processes to run effectively and efficiently. This specific role is part of our Business Operations team which is responsible for driving scalable processes, reliable systems, and data.

  • Serve as the dedicated business owner and subject matter expert for key sales tools, such as Clari, managing our end-to-end roadmap, rolling out new features, and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Participate in the execution of high-impact initiatives, particularly on projects that require seamless integration between multiple systems like Salesforce and our forecasting platform.
  • Define, document, and communicate how our systems are used by frontline teams to drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Take ownership of key data flows, maintain hierarchies, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Collaborate with the Enablement team to drive adoption and ensure the effective usage of sales systems.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a systems-focused role within a high-growth tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce is required.
  • Experience with sales technology tools like Clari, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
  • A proven ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, system-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and bring them to completion.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining documentation, process guides, and playbooks.
