The Senior Sales & Revenue Management Analyst will play a pivotal role in leading revenue management analytics at Senior Living. The role is essential for managing annual rate increases and conducting competitive research to enhance pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, revenue management, or analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with PowerPoint and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the senior housing or hospitality industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage annual rate increases and recommend monthly pricing strategies.

  • Create PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings and support conference content.
  • Enhance sales tools and analytics by partnering with Sales & Marketing to analyze CRM and marketing data.
