About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated team member to structure, lead, deliver, and analyze the sales forecast in support of the Customer Success Group's Sales Organization. This role focuses on delivering the forecast and go-to-market strategy for Success Plan products, requiring business analysis and Salesforce reporting work. The position involves using data to forecast performance, providing insights into sales metrics, and making recommendations for strategy adjustments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Strategic Finance, Consulting or related fields
  • Proven success in sales strategy or business operations related to business metrics, operations, and revenue growth
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Snowflake, & SQL
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex information into easily digestible insights and executive presentations
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills with a consistent track record of developing solutions and recommendations
  • Highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions
  • Self-starter motivated to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and best use

Responsibilities

  • Lead, prepare, and present the weekly sales forecast & quarterly business review to senior leadership
  • Use data to execute, track, and report on the success of sales initiatives
  • Identify and recommend areas of strategic focus for the global sales teams
  • Leverage data and insights to make recommendations to the business, prepare ad-hoc analysis, & lead projects as needed
  • Represent the Success Plan Sales team on broader cross-functional projects involving other parts of the business as needed

Benefits

  • Base salary range for Washington-based roles: $100,100 to $137,600
  • Base salary range for Illinois-based roles: $100,100 to $137,000
