The Sr. Analyst - Sales Compensation Strategy & Analytics is an integral role on the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, driving analytics & insights of incentive compensation plans across the business (Sales Dev, New Logo Sales, Cross Sell/Upsell, Fintech, Post Sales) that drive ServiceTitan’s sustainable growth. This individual will also benchmark industry best practices to ensure our incentive plans both align with our company outcomes and are competitive within the broader market. This is a high impact role with the opportunity for broad-based impact, helping to power effective incentive compensation for 700+ Titans, driving extraordinary outcomes for ServiceTitan and our customers.
