About The Position

As the Senior Analyst, Safety, Health & Environmental, you are responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and overseeing the site’s safety and health compliance programs. You lead continuous improvement initiatives across data analysis, incident management, and risk assessment activities. In this role, you partner closely with champions across Operations and Maintenance to ensure critical compliance activities are completed effectively. Your work helps drive a strong safety culture and supports risk‑aware decision‑making across the site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of Safety, Health, and Environmental responsibility within a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Project management experience with the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple initiatives.
  • Advanced degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), or equivalent.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to establish open, trusting partnerships.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to partner with site operations leaders to achieve site‑specific goals and objectives.
  • Ability to influence decisions using fact-based analysis and sound rationale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead collaboration calls with key sales accounts and incorporates customer insights into the forecast.
  • Play a key role in the S&OE process, ensuring short‑term plans reflect changes such as pacing, RDC splits, and Sales Demand Change Requests.
  • Participate in Steps 1 & 2 by partnering with the Design Planner to present customer‑specific forecast updates to senior commercial leaders.
  • Conduct root cause analyses on forecast errors and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support improvements that enhance forecast accuracy and overall planning effectiveness.
