The Revenue Strategy & Insights Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting data-informed decision-making and optimizing go-to-market (GTM) performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Strategy & Insights, this role focuses on analyzing key revenue metrics, streamlining reporting cadences (including compensation and capacity planning), and building and improving robust revenue reporting and dashboards. In this hands-on role, you will drive analytics projects, create accurate revenue forecasts, and collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with company goals. Your efforts will directly contribute to shaping and executing PandaDoc’s revenue strategy, enabling leadership to make informed decisions, enhance GTM efficiency, and achieve growth objectives with a focus on customer experience revenue teams.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Data, and Product leadership to provide compelling, comprehensive insights that drive strategic decisions
  • Be an expert in revenue performance metrics and support critical decision-making by analyzing and presenting key trends (e.g. ARR, NDR, churn, pipeline health, CAC, etc.) with a clear narrative/perspective.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into revenue performance.
  • Standardize reporting and analyses to ensure consistency across revenue teams, such as owning the Executive MBR cadence
  • Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with the Finance team to manage and improve the planning process and insights.
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, FP&A, Finance, Strategy, or a related role, in a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based company; compensation experience is a plus.
  • Solutions-oriented professional with a proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate elaborate data or processes into clear, concise insights.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel and high proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Hex, PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce workflows and reporting.
  • Strong SQL or similar query languages; enjoys automating comprehensive tasks.
