Univision, the leading Spanish-language media company in the world, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Insights to join our Digital Revenue Operations team. In this key role, you will support business analysis and reporting efforts to help optimize digital revenue performance across Univision's video and audio streaming platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, working with data to generate actionable insights that support advertising operations, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

  • Assist in validating and monitoring data integrity across ad servers, third-party platforms, and internal BI tools to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Support business requirements gathering and help ensure proper data connections between internal and external systems.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Looker (or other BI tools), delivering insights to stakeholders across sales, operations, and strategy teams.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities in digital advertising performance.
  • Create and manage custom views in Looker (e.g., Explores, dimensions, measures) under guidance from more senior team members or data architects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Editorial, Marketing, Tech) to ensure business needs are reflected in reporting solutions.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to help optimize ad delivery, revenue generation, and process efficiency.
  • Ensure new content or product offerings are properly tracked and reported in BI platforms.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with data in a digital media, advertising, or analytics role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
  • Experience using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital ad platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, or Operative.
  • Understanding of video ad metrics and digital ad revenue models.
  • Experience working with ad servers, SSPs, or order management systems.
  • Exposure to LookML or other BI modeling tools is a plus.
