About The Position

CVS is seeking a Senior Network Analyst to join our Retail Network Operations team. This role is vital in ensuring the stability, resiliency, and security of enterprise-wide connectivity across 9,500+ retail locations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in troubleshooting network issues, coordinating with vendors and field technicians, and leading the installation and maintenance of network services and hardware.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in network operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of WAN/LAN, firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.
  • Experience in managing network security and compliance within a retail environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with SD-WAN technologies and cloud-based networking solutions.
  • Ability to manage large-scale retail network infrastructures and implement best practices in network security.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues affecting retail stores.
  • Work closely with service providers and field technicians to identify and resolve infrastructure problems.
  • Lead efforts to install new network services, replace outdated hardware, and ensure optimal network performance.
  • Maintain and enhance the reliability and security of CVS's retail network infrastructure.
  • Support incident management, document resolutions, and implement proactive measures to prevent future disruptions.
