About The Position
As the Senior Analyst, Restaurant Training at Chipotle, you will serve as an Instructional Designer responsible for developing operational training materials for over 120,000 team members across more than 3,400 restaurants in the U.S. and Canada. This role encompasses the entire training lifecycle, including analysis, planning, writing, editing, developing, distributing, managing, and monitoring training initiatives. You will lead training for new menu items, equipment, and technology rollouts, while also updating evergreen training materials to ensure effective operations.
