A successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Support capability requirements validation through AROC/JROC Develop investment strategies and program documentation Conduct analyses for doctrine, training, and sustainment Brief senior Army leadership and prepare Congressional testimony Coordinate with stakeholders across DoD and industry Support TAA, FFR, and AEMC processes This position is contingent upon contract award. Regular CONUS/OCONUS travel is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years Force Development experience at senior Army levels such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands
• Domain expertise in relevant portfolio area
• Familiarity with Army acquisition and modernization processes
• Active Secret clearance
• Familiarity with Army databases (AE2S-M, CAMS, cQUIP, etc.)
• Microsoft Office suite expertise
• Knowledge of JCIDS, DoDI 5000.2, PPBE, and AROC processes

Nice To Haves

• Requirements Management Certification Training (RMCT) Level-A or C
• Must complete within 6 months: HTAR, AOIC, JCIDS courses
