In this dynamic role, you'll be the linchpin ensuring compliance with U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and other critical mandates across our international sites. From validating authorization records to supporting high-stakes audits, your work will directly impact our ability to operate seamlessly across borders.   • Validate authorization records data in Collins systems for compliance, accuracy, and completeness, monitoring authorization records to ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and escalate recordkeeping issues to the Authorization Manager, generate and analyze reports to identify and mitigate policy and regulatory risks
  • Support preparation for audits, assessments, and resulting corrective action closures
  • Track and perform transactional audits of export/import authorization records to ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Support and assist our Global Trade Relationship Managers (GTRM) and Authorization Coordinators (AC) as necessary to facilitate job responsibilities
  • Adhere to and comply with Standard Work Processes
  • Occasional travel to Collins Aerospace locations for meetings
  • Respond to internal customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Working knowledge of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
  • Experience in business, contracts, or global trade related field
  • Proactive, responsive, self-motivated, receptive to change
  • Attention to detail and record management competency
  • Project management experience in a Team Environment
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivation and confident
