About The Position

Position Summary... The Senior Analyst – Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting the rapidly growing Alternate Channel Sourcing (ACS) business at Sam’s Club. ACS is responsible for sourcing high-value, trending brands and items across 15+ merchandise categories, delivering unique “treasure hunt” assortments for members while maintaining strict compliance and operational excellence. About the Team This role serves as the central execution engine for the ACS team, driving cross-functional projects, improving operational processes, and providing analytical insights that support faster decision-making in a fast-moving environment. The position partners closely with buyers, legal, compliance, supply chain, and suppliers to ensure buys are executed efficiently and programs launch successfully in clubs and online. What you'll do... Business Operations & Project Leadership Lead cross-functional projects that improve the speed and efficiency of ACS buying and execution. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across merchandising, compliance, supply chain, and legal teams. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that support business growth. Serve as the primary coordinator for major ACS initiatives including new supplier onboarding, packaging compliance processes, and operational improvements. Data & Business Insights Build dashboards and tracking tools to support leadership decision-making. Operational Execution Support execution of large, complex buying programs by coordinating compliance documentation, packaging guidelines, and launch timelines. Partner with planning and supply chain teams to ensure buys are aligned with distribution center capacity and club flow. Track key milestones to ensure product programs launch successfully. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to simplify operational workflows across the ACS business. Implement scalable processes that support increased item volume and supplier partnerships. Partner with technology and analytics teams to improve reporting and automation capabilities. Stakeholder Management Build strong partnerships across merchandising, planning, compliance, supply chain, and legal. Communicate project updates, risks, and results to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. What You’ll Bring… An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.   • The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
  • Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
