We are JLL-the world's leading commercial real estate firm. We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join our national Project and Development Services (PDS) business intelligence team. Our PDS group delivers more than just a project. JLL manages the design and construction of real estate projects from beginning to end - handling every detail on our clients' behalf - in order to deliver the largest return on investment. From corporate office fit-outs and move management, to the rollout of multiple retail sites, to the construction of distribution centers, we deliver projects inspired by our clients' business vision. We help improve speed to market while effectively managing costs-- all while transforming the spaces where people live, work and play. The Senior Analyst has responsibility for data, reporting and analytics processes that touch all aspects of service delivery across Project and Development Services. The role is critical to the success of the client relationship in driving performance management, process improvement, and innovation thru fact-based decision making. Growing analytics capability is an essential deliverable. The successful candidate will drive analysis and data interpretation to continuously improve the delivery channel and sales efforts. The analyst will develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, maintain quality, minimize risk, add value and ensure continuous improvements to account and markets project services.
