The Senior Analyst, Project Delivery will play a critical role in supporting project management and business analysis activities within the People & Culture Systems team. Reporting directly to the Director of Project Delivery, P&C Systems, this role will partner with stakeholders across People & Culture, Technology & Operations, Finance and business functions to drive successful delivery of cross-functional projects, P&C system enhancements and other strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proven experience in crafting compelling executive-level presentations. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, applying critical thinking to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and visually engaging formats.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years in a project management, change management, business analysis or consulting role, with demonstrated success in developing visual PowerPoint presentations
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel
  • Expertise in developing executive-ready presentations (PowerPoint, data visualization tools)
  • Independent thinker, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Project Management Support Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on HR systems projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Business Analysis Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and impacts; translating them into actionable insights and next steps. Work directly with the P&C change management team to identify impacts from projects / initiatives and plan the resulting strategy for communications, training and other change activities.
  • Executive Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Develop high-quality decks and visual materials tailored for senior leadership, simplifying complex concepts into actionable insights. Collaborate with IT teams, HR leaders and external vendors to align project outcomes with organizational goals.
  • Independent Initiative & Continuous Improvement: Apply critical thinking to identify risks, propose solutions, and drive clarity in ambiguous situations. Recommend process enhancements and system optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
