US Consumer Services (USCS) is responsible for growing our consumer business in the US, strengthening our leadership position in the premium space, and delivering exceptional, differentiated customer experiences. USCS comprises local sales and marketing, travel and lifestyle services, and consumer products including lending, co-brands, and premium products and benefits. The US Consumer Premium Product Management and Proprietary Customer Experiences (CPPM & PDCX) organization is part of US Consumer Services and is responsible for making membership essential through the sourcing and delivery of relevant, differentiated and world-class products & benefits that drive demand and inspire card members to deepen loyalty. The US Platinum Product Management Team owns the product strategy, value proposition, and P&L for our US Platinum product. This Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting core aspects of the portfolio – including benefit operations, servicing and insights. The individual will support the evaluation of our benefit suite given the competitive landscape and our customer design target. This team member will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure we are delivering valuable benefits, exceptional servicing, and operationally excellent products to our Platinum Card Members. This individual will work cross-functionally with key internal partners including Business Development & Partnerships, Travel & Lifestyle Services, Resy and Global Dining, Consumer Banking, New Product Development, Global Services Group, Finance, GCO, Compliance, and more. This role reports to the Director – US Platinum Card Product Management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's required
  • Solutions-oriented, strategic thinker with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Passion for and/or thorough understanding of the premium card marketplace and trends
  • Ability to proactively and independently identify opportunities for improvement and drive results

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of our portfolio strategy, and optimize portfolio performance by understanding key P&L drivers and working with critical partners to implement product strategy
  • Contribute to the design of the U.S. Platinum Card value proposition, including the launch and/or enhancement of benefits and services
  • Collaborate on cross-functional strategic and customer-focused initiatives
  • Lead the creation of Platinum performance reporting and insights for leadership
  • Lead complaints monitoring, identification of operational issues and remediation
  • Collaborate with partners to enhance Platinum servicing, as needed
