About The Position

Resy is seeking a talented and passionate Senior Associate Product Manager to join our Consumer Product team. In this role, you will support an ambitious Consumer roadmap and drive key outcomes for the Resy Diner network. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing and Customer Support to drive requirements and steer delivery of new feature development and delivery. You will work closely with other Consumer Product Managers and Product Leadership to inform priorities and shape thinking around challenges and opportunities. This role is highly cross-functional in nature, and requires collaborating across stakeholders in Marketing, Engineering, and other parts of the business to drive alignment and communicate relevant updates and insights. The right Senior Associate Product Manager for this role will have experience developing features from requirements gathering through deployment stages within the software development lifecycle. We are looking for a Senior Associate Product Manager who is hungry to grow their product management skillset with hands-on experience and enjoys working in the trenches with a talented and passionate team of engineers and product counterparts to deliver value to users. This Senior APM will be a self-starter who is not afraid to take on big challenges, and is able to work independently and harmoniously with their team members and counterparts. You will be joining a talented and energized Product team that embraces iteration, collaboration, and analysis to help deliver on our mission of connecting the best diners with the world's best restaurants to deliver amazing hospitality.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience focused on product management, product strategy, data and analytics or relevant experience
  • Intellectually curious and passionate about learning technology and user experience
  • Comfortable using data and analytics to drive product decisions
  • High attention to detail, including a proven ability to clearly identify challenges and document requirements for solutions
  • Self-starter who is continuously looking for ways to support their teammates
  • Grasp of technical concepts and comfort working closely with engineers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bring others along with your thinking
  • Reliable and share responsibility for the team's success and progress
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with different stakeholders, in particular Marketing organizations

  • Experience with Mixpanel, Looker or other insights and BI tools
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
