About the position

Founded in 2008, Hightower is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA). The Product Development team at Hightower develops and supports business applications and integrations that ensure the success of our corporate functions and advisor practices. We are a group of curious, fun, and motivated individuals who are passionate about excellence and service to our advisors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify the best ways to enhance processes and boost effectiveness by partnering with technology and other corporate departments.
  • Define strategies and build solutions, guiding documentation and evaluating potential solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop training programs for effective product use and facilitate the integration of new technologies.
  • Analyze adoption metrics and leverage data-driven insights to develop strategies to improve product adoption rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful adoption of new products.
  • Act as an expert in business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing workflows.
  • Create and update documentation for new products and features.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, provide technical support, and facilitate sessions to enhance efficiency and maintain data integrity.
  • Support the integration of new technologies, create/monitor adoption metrics, and develop strategies to improve product adoption rates.
  • Set clear expectations with stakeholders and ensure their needs are met.
  • Work with the CRM Delivery manager to ensure all project goals and objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' product analysis experience or a related field within financial services, wealth management, or technology consulting.
  • Experience in Agile project management and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience communicating with advisor firms, executive leadership team, and peer groups.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on business needs.
