About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field.

  • Data modelling, data analytics, and data management experience.
  • Experience in procurement, including strategic sourcing processes and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in conversations regarding contract management.
  • Extract relevant contracts from management tools for analysis.
  • Identify and understand contract components such as terms and conditions.
  • Validate contract components against standard templates.
  • Identify and classify suppliers and complete supplier assessments.
  • Track and monitor supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Identify savings opportunities and execute plans for less complex categories.
  • Prepare lists of potential suppliers for sourcing activities.
  • Support suppliers and internal stakeholders during sourcing events.
  • Organize and communicate thoughts effectively.
  • Use data to articulate results and provide recommendations.
  • Identify and propose ways to improve procurement processes.
