Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or analytical business roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with demonstrated ability to distill insights into visual and written formats.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with business planning cycles and working with performance metrics.
  • A Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic analyses and business modeling that influence high-level decision-making across the organization.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and executive-level presentations.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, map workflows, and uncover operational improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain scenario planning tools aligned with budget cycles.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure insights reflect business realities.
  • Contribute to the creation of strategic communications including presentations, briefs, and executive summaries.
  • Assess and enhance the clarity and usefulness of performance dashboards, working closely with Business Intelligence teams.
