About The Position

The Senior Analyst, People Services Generalist, supports the escalations and executive support team, part of the broader services group in Bentonville, AR, and Bengaluru, India. This role provides high-level support to executives, HR business partners, and associates on complex HR actions, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through direct outreach, urgency, quality research, and root cause analysis. The Enterprise People Technology team drives the deployment and adoption of new People technology across the enterprise, impacting millions of associates worldwide. As part of Walmart Global Tech's Enterprise Business Services, the team focuses on building effective operations and technology solutions that support Finance, People, and the Associate Digital Experience. The mission is to continuously improve People technology and products so associates and managers can focus on what matters most—serving customers and members.

Requirements

  • Experience with Workday, other HR information systems, and case management systems.
  • Understanding of HR practices and the ability to ensure consistent execution.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical and troubleshooting expertise, including strategy, root cause analysis, and research.
  • Partnership with technology teams and understanding of systems like SAP, GAIN, ATPS, and other downstream processes.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related area and 2 years' experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and workstreams by implementing short- and long-term solutions that drive business evolution and process improvements.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts by identifying resources, building relationships with tech support teams, and implementing quick resolutions.
  • Track and report team metrics, monitoring productivity and quality while effectively communicating results.
  • Resolve complex issues related to associate services, including access and pay, to ensure optimal service delivery.
