About The Position
Human Resources Services (HRS) is an internal function providing global operations and business support across Brookfield’s lines of business. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled People Allocation Senior Analyst to join our team. As part of the HR Services (HRS) team, the Senior Analyst will be reporting directly into Manager, People Allocations within the Human Resources Services (HRS) team. As a Senior Analyst specializing in complex allocations and people financials, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate allocations and people costs is processed and reported in a timely and efficient manner. You will also provide support for various ad hoc finance requests to facilitate decision-making and financial analysis. This role requires a keen eye for detail, analytical skills, and a solid understanding of financial principles. By taking an active role in process design and improvement, you will contribute to streamlining operations, reducing errors, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the function. This proactive approach will facilitate better decision-making and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and the organization as a whole.
