Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and financial modeling.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable interacting with partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with partnership tax concepts is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI, and Tableau) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage projects, including coordination with Legal, Finance, and Tech teams to ensure accurate setup and reporting.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance complex Excel models to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Quickly grasp and apply complex accounting and financial concepts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to resolve issues and create value.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual partner calculations and tax-related schedules.
  • Maintain organized documentation and audit trails for all accounting processes.
