We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support Operating Expense (OPEX) management for the Enterprise Business Finance organization. This role is a key contributor to accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis, partnering closely with business teams to provide insights that support effective decision-making. The Senior Analyst reports to the Senior OPEX Manager and plays an important role in executing core OPEX processes and improving financial transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, or business finance
• Solid understanding of OPEX concepts and expense categories
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
• Ability to work independently on assigned deliverables while taking direction from senior team members
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Effective communicator with a collaborative, business-partnering mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAC, Power BI, Power Query, or similar tools preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, or performance management processes
• Exposure to analytics or business intelligence tools (SAC, Power BI, SQL, or similar)
• Ability to create clear charts and visuals to communicate financial insights
• Experience supporting executive or leadership-facing presentations
• Prior experience in a telecom or technology would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Support business partners by delivering accurate OPEX reporting, analysis, and insights
• Execute monthly forecasting and budgeting activities across assigned OPEX categories
• Prepare standard financial performance reports and variance analyses for business and finance leadership
• Support productivity modeling, capacity planning, and headcount analysis under guidance from senior team members
• Perform detailed financial analysis, including model and report creation, insight generation, and documentation of assumptions
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and well-communicated financial deliverables
• Maintain and enhance standardized reporting using tools such as Excel, SAC, Power BI, and Power Query
• Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and automate reporting processes and data flows
• Ensure data integrity by reviewing trends, validating inputs, and investigating variances
