About The Position

American Systems seeks an exceptionally well qualified DOD Senior Analyst, Operations (Top Secret) with demonstrated expertise in all aspects of the daily management of S&T / Acquisitions portfolios and financial analysis, especially those involving management of a large and diverse portfolio of capabilities. Requirements

Top Secret clearance (with SCI eligibility)
A bachelor's degree or higher in a recognized engineering, scientific, technical, management, or national security area.
10 years’ experience with scientific, engineering, or technical portfolio support.
Must have experience with project management and analysis of projects.
Ability to synthesize vast amounts of complex technical data into senior executive level information.
Experience with OSD processes and procedures related to preparing technical briefs, presentations, packages, and DoD/Congressional-level correspondence.
Experience preparing presentations and other visualization forms to communicate results and artifacts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

Manage and support analysis of prospective and ongoing projects and demonstrations of emerging, innovative technologies.
Provide support to government project oversight, analysis, and funding recommendations
Maintain situational awareness of all project actions and activities
Maintain a thorough understanding of S&T processes and procedures.
Support or develop briefings and documentation as required.
Respond to requests for information from DOD senior leadership and Congress
Coordinate and collaborate across the Department of Defense and with other Government agencies, academia, and industry for situational awareness and information sharing.
