Requirements

Proven experience in operations management, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
Strong business analysis skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop data-driven solutions.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders and convey project status and outcomes.
Ability to develop and implement operational best practices and scalable tools.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams to drive project success.
Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and compliance with company policies.
Demonstrated adaptability to organizational changes and competing priorities.
Proficiency in compiling, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing and organizing project plans, timelines, and deliverables to support operational initiatives.

Develop and improve operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing subject matter expertise and business requirements.
Partner cross-functionally to drive projects, identify root causes, and recommend data-driven solutions.
Implement scalable operational best practices and develop tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and outcomes.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support business needs and continuous improvement efforts.
