Summary: In this role, you will work independently to perform complex analyses and develop data-driven solutions that address client business needs. You will partner directly with CHA (Children’s Hospital Association) non-acute owned and controlled sites to identify savings opportunities, increase contract utilization and revenue, and deliver customized insights to address complex analytical questions. You will own projects and processes, present actionable recommendations to stakeholders, and drive measurable impact through strong technical expertise and strategic thinking.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL required.
  • Strong analytical, database, and spreadsheet skills required.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Supply chain experience preferred.
  • Healthcare non-acute experience preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of Vizient portfolio of products and services preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality, accurate analyses, even when working with imperfect data.
  • Partner with CHA account managers and clients to explain analytical methodologies and interpret results.
  • Customize analyses to address specific client needs.
  • Identify business issues and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Track initiative results by client to quantify the value of custom analytics engagements.
  • Contribute to the development and standardization of procedures, methodologies, and tools for conducting analyses and collecting data.
  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts to resolve data issues.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration with a strong client service orientation.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations.
  • Present recommendations and guide stakeholders in selecting appropriate courses of action.
