The Senior Analyst, NetSuite Optimization position requires a strong background in Business, Finance or Accounting to help optimize how our organization uses NetSuite. This is a business-facing role, not an IT or technical position and it reports to the Director of Operational Excellence and Process Improvement. The successful candidate will work directly with end users to identify process improvement opportunities, increase adoption of NetSuite features, and ensure effective use of dashboards, reporting tools, and standard workflows. This role requires close collaboration with the internal IT team by clearly communicating business requirements and enhancement requests.
