The Senior Analyst, Media Monitoring at PepsiCo plays a crucial role in supporting the external communications strategy to enhance the company's global reputation. This hybrid position involves leading media monitoring activities, curating daily news reports, and assisting with media relations efforts, all while collaborating with various stakeholders and agency partners.

  • Lead media monitoring activities for external communications team and PepsiCo leadership, including sharing relevant breaking news and providing coverage analysis.
  • Curate high-quality daily news clip reports for senior leaders and other internal stakeholders.
  • Support media relations work, including managing global media inquiries email box and assisting with issues tracking.
  • Create executive media briefing materials and support quarterly earnings communications work.
  • Collaborate with agency partners on corporate communications team projects and deliverables.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies, Marketing or a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in an agency, press office, corporate communications or public affairs office and/or media outlet.
  • Demonstrated experience in media coverage analysis and reporting.
  • Team player with a collaborative, inclusive style.
  • Highly responsive with effective decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in current events and issues affecting the food & beverage and consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Ability to network and communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
