About The Position

As a Senior Media Analyst at VaynerMedia, you will be integral to campaign execution, ensuring that media plans translate into tangible results that align with client goals. Your role will involve driving campaign success through strategic placements across various digital platforms, developing effective media buying strategies, and accurately forecasting media spend. You will contribute positively to the company's objectives and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a Media Buyer in an agency setting or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V-Lookups, macros).
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Experience with programmatic display/video platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, AppNexus).
  • Familiarity with digital audio platforms (Spotify, Pandora).
  • Experience with analytics and measurement systems (Google Analytics, MOAT/IAS/Double Verify).
  • Experience with attribution partners (MTA: VIQ, Neustar; Foot Traffic: Placed, 9th Decimal, PlaceIQ; Call Attribution: Dialogtech).
  • Ability to communicate effectively using various tools (Slack, email, presentations).
  • Reliably manage and optimize multiple ads platforms without mistakes.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
  • Execute campaign buys across various digital platforms, managing and optimizing in real-time to meet client goals.
  • Develop and execute media plans, including platform selection, target audience definition, and creative strategy.
  • Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates and recommendations to management.
  • Create compelling narratives with data, presenting client-facing reports and analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Cultivate relationships with platform partners and oversee trafficking processes for Media Analysts.
  • Identify potential challenges and recommend solutions, implementing QA processes for accuracy in budget management and compliance.
  • Lead internal discussions on campaign strategy and optimization recommendations.
  • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and continuously improve workflows.
