As the Sr. Analyst, Financial Master Data, you will support GXO’s global Center of Excellence (COE) by governing financial systems and master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across the organization. You will play a key role in system administration, data quality, and process standardization to enable effective decision-making and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 5+ years of experience in financial systems and enterprise data management
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems, data management processes, and internal controls
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Projects module
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HFM, Lucernex, Blackline, and/or Oracle EPBCS
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, change management, and process improvement
  • Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Serve as system administrator for Oracle Cloud and manage Oracle Projects master data, ensuring data accuracy, standardization, and maintenance
  • Own and execute ServiceNow processes, including request fulfillment, form maintenance, and continuous process improvement
  • Maintain and enforce financial system and master data controls, policies, and best practices
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and provide analytical support to track performance and drive improvements
  • Develop and maintain global process documentation, standard operating procedures, and job aids
  • Drive harmonization of master data processes across GXO while supporting regional and functional requirements
  • Champion data accuracy and governance across the organization through communication, training, and change management initiatives
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, simplify workflows, and increase efficiency
