The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. The Sr. Analyst, Marketing Strategic Enablement (Risk Mitigation Innovation) will be responsible for ensuring Consumer Marketing is operating in accordance with our promises to cardmembers, as well as meeting all regulatory obligations. The successful candidate will assist in the development and execution of new governance activities and solutioning that result in strong compliance and controls.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Partner with USCM teams to develop and grow knowledge of varied marketing processes to inform controls, identify root causes, and propose process innovations
  • Support the development of new operational excellence infrastructure, including ADA Compliance and Partner ID Automation
  • Liaise with technology teams and NPD to define and represent USCM needs across risk mitigation projects
  • Implement project management and collaboration tools to effectively organize project updates and milestone tracking
  • Liaise closely with Control Management and the Business Operations team to ensure USCM complies with Enterprise and external governance needs
