Overview: The Project Coordinator role focuses on foundational production support skills and serves as the operational backbone for project execution. They support the execution and tracking of cross-team campaigns and initiatives. This role focuses on essential project management duties required to implement campaigns across the Walmart ecosystem. The coordinator works closely with the Lead Producer, Creative Strategist, and Art Director to ensure timelines are met and assets move efficiently through the production pipeline. They maintain schedules, support approval processes, and ensure accurate documentation and tracking across multiple concurrent workstreams.
