Senior Analyst, Marketing Enablement Specialist: Prospect Marketing Enablement Team The Senior Analyst of the Prospect Marketing Enablement Team is responsible for overseeing and maintaining a portfolio of marketing campaigns across MGM (Member get member) & PCAC (Personal Card Annual Credit). This role will drive compliant, high-quality and on-time end-to-end campaign execution delivery as a central source of expertise of our internal marketing capabilities and the channels/experiences they own. This individual will ensure marketing strategies are met by assessing nuances, scope, and feasibility to translate into launch milestones. This role will collaborate closely with various teams within US Consumer Marketing and Enterprise Communications & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) to support campaign setup. This role will also develop process efficiencies to deliver on the marketing plan with excellence and innovate core execution processes to improve efficiency, quality, and speed-to-market.

Requirements

  • Project management experience and organization skills, with the ability to manage tight and evolving timelines across multiple priorities to deliver flawless execution
  • Strong attention to detail, serving as a process-focused thinker
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, building and leveraging relationships to create solutions
  • Strong mix of analytical and critical thinking skills to implement impactful solutions that drive results
  • High curiosity with a desire to learn and be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
  • Demonstrate collaborative approaches to drive a project/initiative to completion, contributing to a team culture that promotes teamwork and fun
  • Marketing campaign execution preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of marketing campaigns designed to drive incremental revenue and customer engagement, managing end-to-end campaign set up and delivery
  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to understand campaign objectives, develop go to market execution plans, and implement marketing campaigns to engage customers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on messaging and creative development process, owning reviews with internal stakeholders and approvals with brand, legal and compliance
  • Develop and maintain campaign execution calendars and track team capacity
  • Participate in campaign results analyses, understanding customer behavior and providing actionable recommendations on how to improve performance against goals
  • Assist with hiring and training of new colleagues as they join the team, mentoring junior colleagues on best practices
