About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Loyalty Analytics role is a key member of the TrueBlue Analytics team responsible for managing loyalty program reporting, loyalty personalization strategy, cross functional data literacy, and ad hoc analysis in support of strategic initiatives. Working with a diversity of data sets across the company, this role will monitor key metrics and be responsible for creating necessary dashboards to both improve data literacy throughout the Loyalty team and accelerate the discovery of opportunities for increased customer value. A candidate for this role will be one with strong analytical acumen that is eager to identify customer segments which may currently be underserved and identify ways to drive additional engagement by way of continuous testing and implementation of our loyalty personalization ecosystem. Through strong collaboration with business partners, data science, engineering, and marketing teams, the Loyalty Analytics team supports the broader Loyalty organization by providing reporting and strategic direction to ensure the team is identifying trends in the data and capitalizing on new opportunities for growth.
