About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Joint Ventures Portfolio Management to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, Florida. This position will be providing analytical support and working in conjunction with Regency's VP - Joint Ventures Portfolio Management to efficiently manage Regency's JV partners and secured lending relationships to a first-class standard.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills including knowledge of financial models and formulas
  • Solid foundation in real estate fundamentals
  • Ability to read and comprehend legal documents
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in real estate
  • Experience with Argus, JD Edwards and Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of partner communications, including approval emails, presentations for quarterly Leasing calls and Annual Business Meetings.
  • Assist with preparation, and review of, appraisals as required by various partnership agreements on a quarterly and annual basis, including initial preparation, inputs and assumptions, review, and communication with third party consultants.
  • Provide analytical support to VP - Joint Ventures Portfolio Management and other Financial Services members on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Assist with the closing of mortgages by reviewing loan documents, collating property-level information and corresponding with third party consultants and internal contacts.
  • Maintenance of the debt management system and internal debt reports.
  • Assist with ongoing mortgage compliance, including Lender lease approvals, SNDA's, review quarterly and annual debt compliance packages as required by our lenders, including various debt calculations.
  • Assist with pulling data and answering questions received from lenders, third parties, and internal teams.
